Launch Oregon is our premier early-stage startup program, providing funding, mentorship, and resources specifically designed for companies with University of Oregon connections.

Launch Oregon eligibility

To be eligible for Launch Oregon, your company must have UO affiliation through at least one of these connections: 

  • Licensed UO technology – Building on patented research or copyrighted materials 
  • UO founder or co-founder – Faculty, staff, student, or alumni as part of founding team 
  • Active UO research collaboration – Ongoing partnership with our researchers or centers 

Not eligible for Launch Oregon? You can still access many university resources including mentorship, facilities, SBIR/STTR support, and our broader entrepreneurship ecosystem. We also provide connections to regional funding sources and accelerators.
